The Nanotechnology Experiences for Students and Teachers (NEST) is a “two-week summer camp program that provides a unique opportunity for high school students to explore the interdisciplinary field of nanotechnology at IUPUI.” IUPUI stands for Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis.
The program is for high school students in grades 10-12 and you must be a US citizen or permanent resident. The program earns participants a college-credit hour in Engineering & Technology and/or science and participants enjoy the benefits of being a college student at IUPUI. Through the program, you will gain research experience and knowledge of careers in nanotechnology, gain hands-on laboratory experiences in inquiry-based science, engage in university faculty-mentored academic year independent research, and connect to a professional network of teachers, professors, and scientists.
